Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day planning and coordination of platform research programs, ensuring clear communication of next steps, deadlines, and needs.
  • •Build and maintain project timelines capturing milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; align on scope, priorities, and progress with scientific leads.
  • •Define and translate key project milestones and decisional experiments into actionable, resource-informed plans, and update based on results.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across research teams by scheduling meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups.
  • •Track project status, risks, mitigation strategies, and interdependencies; coordinate resource needs and develop scenario plans for critical-path decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience with hands-on biologics research and demonstrated project or timeline management responsibilities.
  • •Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in life sciences, bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record managing research and/or technical programs with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • •Working fluency in biologics research and ML research, including experience with ML model training/evaluation and agentic AI systems (tool use, orchestration, human-in-the-loop).
  • •Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Google Suite) and familiarity with PMI-style project/program management principles; PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP is a plus.
