Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the GTM systems stack end-to-end, including Salesforce, outbound/sequencing tools, enrichment providers, and integrations
  • •Write code daily for scripts, internal tools, and small services, using AI-assisted development tools to ship quickly
  • •Build AI workflows for prospecting, account research, lead scoring, and personalization that run in production
  • •Turn product usage data (BigQuery, Looker) into actionable signals for sellers, including usage alerts and expansion triggers
  • •Keep funnel data clean and trustworthy across routing rules, field governance, and attribution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in GTM/sales engineering, growth engineering, RevOps with heavy build responsibility, or software engineering with GTM exposure
  • •Strong SQL and Python with comfort owning production automations (APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, error handling)
  • •Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean, maintainable code; systems thinking; version control, code review, and debugging
  • •Hands-on Salesforce depth including objects, flows, routing, and API-level integrations
  • •Real experience putting LLMs into workflows with prompt design and evaluation, and knowing when AI is the wrong tool
