Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical SME for advancing the bank’s AI, automation, and digital transformation via the Microsoft Foundry platform. You’ll lead platform strategy, federated AI development governance, and operational maturity—covering reliability, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Risk, Data Governance, and delivery teams to define solution strategies, oversee complex designs, and build measurement dashboards for enterprise AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and RAG solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering strategy, implementation, adoption, and operational management of the Microsoft Foundry platform and associated AI development capabilities across the enterprise.
•Drive a federated AI development model that enables teams to build and deploy AI solutions while adhering to enterprise governance standards.
•Serve as the senior technology leader for Foundry platform administration, reliability, scalability, security, supportability, and regulatory compliance.
•Design solutions that can be handed off to lower-level engineers, ensuring reuse of platforms where possible and reviewing plans for quality.
•Develop technical roadmaps and measurement dashboards, and produce final solution documentation to ensure proper ongoing reference and standards adherence.

•10+ years of related experience supporting banking technology, including principal engineering and operational process management that drives business and customer confidence.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Masters or MBA preferred.
•Previous Principal Engineering experience preferred.
•Advanced expertise in financial services/banking and applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and industry standards.
•Advanced experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple projects, including governance and IT capability model familiarity for solutioning across the bank.
