Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
  • •Develop and present cost plans, cost estimates, and updated cost plans at design milestones.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources (owners, suppliers, NPA, subs, A/Es quantities) for cost discussions and meetings.
  • •Conduct quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, and manage cost impact/contingency management and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare written submissions and monthly cost reports, negotiate and agree final accounts, and compile built-cost records for benchmarking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes and value management/value engineering, plus excellent communication skills.
