Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems and related hardware/software across the organization.
•Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 11 workstations, including OS, application, and hardware issues.
•Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
•Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management solutions.
•Oversee system updates, BIOS/driver updates, and security patches using Windows Update for Business, and automate routine tasks/deployments with PowerShell.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
•1+ years of experience with Windows 11.
•Security+ certification and TS/SCI with active polygraph; active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start.
•Active and existing security clearance required on day 1; U.S. citizenship required.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for hardware moves/installs.
