Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate strategic business objectives into technical roadmaps with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to deliver critical engineering initiatives.
  • •Lead the design and implementation of new features and services from conception through deployment.
  • •Act as a force multiplier across multiple teams by mentoring senior engineers and guiding technical design reviews.
  • •Raise technical standards through rigorous code standards, comprehensive automated testing, and modernized CI/CD pipelines, plus maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive software development experience, designing and building Apple (macOS or iOS) features using Swift.
  • •Deep expertise with Apple (macOS or iOS) software environments, including design and performance optimization with security considerations.
  • •Advanced debugging and performance optimization using Xcode, LLDB, and Instruments to resolve complex memory and concurrency issues.
  • •Experience in fast-paced agile environments with strong understanding of CI/CD and automated testing.
  • •Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and influence technical direction.
