Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and extend full stack features and services across the Growth Engineering platform (backend services, APIs, internal tooling, and UI).
  • •Add AI-native capabilities to campaign development, validation, and content generation workflows.
  • •Create reusable services and components for Growth, Martech, and Personalization use cases.
  • •Implement production AI features including LLM integration, retrieval, MCP connectors, and basic agent workflows.
  • •Integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud services and automate campaign development and related entities for personalization and experimentation via Adobe Target.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years building full stack applications, comfortable with frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) and backend (Node, Python or TypeScript) using REST APIs.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLMs into real applications, including tool calling, structured outputs retrieval, and agent workflows.
  • •Working knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and MCP.
  • •Ability to break down technical problems and ship end-to-end solutions with solid API design and maintainable code.
  • •Experience with or strong interest in Martech, personalization/experimentation, or Growth Engineering platforms; familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (especially AJO and Target) is valued.
