Key Responsibilities

•Interview colleagues across the ADPM department to understand how they currently use SharePoint and their needs for the future.
•Analyze the current SharePoint landscape within ADPM and its connection to the broader CS Central organization.
•Create an overarching ADPM SharePoint page serving as a central entry point for easy navigation.
•Design a unified SharePoint concept with a consistent look and feel across sub-capabilities and the main page.
•Translate user needs into practical SharePoint solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•You are a bachelor student in Information Management, Business IT, UX, Communication, Digital Design, or similar.
•You enjoy talking to people and understanding how they work.
•You have an interest in digital collaboration tools (experience with SharePoint is a plus, but not required).
•You think structurally and have an eye for usability and consistency.
•You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of an assignment.
