Join a retail banking sales role focused on building customer relationships and developing new business. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, you’ll sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services using a consultative process and Financial Needs Assessment. You’ll use marketing tools (including CAMP) to drive outreach and appointments, cross-sell to customers, and coordinate referrals with Business Partners while meeting customer experience and production goals.
