Establish the learning culture and capabilities for the People team by designing and delivering an organization-wide learning and development strategy. As the first hire in L&D, you’ll assess skill gaps, build onboarding and continuous upskilling/reskilling programs, create learning paths for key roles, and roll out a Learning Management System. Partner with leaders across France, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Singapore to measure L&D impact and align programs with business goals.
