Validate contracts, fees, attachments, wire requests, and invoices, update LOS records, clear LDP/GSA issues, and ensure accurate, timely closings while supporting pipeline volume and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage assigned mortgage pipelines with focus on service levels, quality, compliance, and client expectations.
•Review loan documentation and sales contracts to verify compliance with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and state bond program requirements.
•Update LOS records as files are received, verify file contacts, and ensure disclosure timeframes are met for Closing Disclosure (CD) delivery.
•Run compliance checks using Data Verify, Mavent, and Early Check; clear any LDP/GSA issues and validate invoices against settlement agent balances.
•Review and validate wire requests, assist with loan closing/administration, provide guidance and mentoring to team members, and troubleshoot system issues.
