Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle underwriting/subscription requests for Aon Spa and One Underwriting clients
  • •Analyze contractual documentation and prepare quotations
  • •Manage negotiation of agreements with insurance companies, including meeting organization and coordination of new product/commercial agreement creation
  • •Define underwriting policies for risks with various insurance companies and participate in discussions on premium-collection objectives with internal functions
  • •Manage the commercial relationship with Aon’s Surety solution and use internal platforms for administrative tasks (proposal checks, issuance confirmation, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in an economic/juridical field or related area
  • •Solid experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on surety/bid guarantees (cauzioni/fideiussioni)
  • •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • •Strong organization and relationship-building skills, with teamwork and communication abilities
