Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety; structure pods for autonomy with clear career ladders
  • •Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure; balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization
  • •Partner with Product Management to ensure engineering pods are empowered, cross-functional, and focused on customer outcomes
  • •Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE) to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery velocity; lead AI-augmented development tool adoption
  • •Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data volume environment
  • •Proven track record of building and scaling fully remote engineering teams
  • •Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems, with the ability to make smart architectural trade-offs
  • •Experience applying and measuring engineering productivity using frameworks such as DORA or SPACE
  • •Strategic mindset with the ability to drive AI-augmented development tools adoption and improve delivery velocity
