Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare and practice finance relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for clients with revenues between $5MM and $50MM.
  • •Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking.
  • •Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cash flow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, and value-based lending.
  • •Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Personal Wealth and Advisory, Capital Markets, and Equipment Finance.
  • •Advise on client growth initiatives such as de novo expansion, acquisitions, physician ownership transitions, and healthcare real estate financing.
