Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes, methods, and toolsets for requirements management and acceptance activities.
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes for engineering configuration control, ensuring it is established, maintained, and assured.
  • •Establish and maintain approaches for measuring and reporting engineering performance, maturity, and delivery status.
  • •Ensure engineering management processes remain compliant with the mandated eLCM framework and project tailoring statement.
  • •Manage integration of new Systems Engineering ways of working with the Business Management System and embed planning/maturity management approaches into the programme’s Project Control System.
