Key Responsibilities

  • •With Sr. Manager guidance, lead licensing partnerships in the core toys space and collaborate on consumer products programs aligned to each property’s objectives.
  • •Negotiate complex licensing agreements from initial proposal through execution.
  • •Support the Sr. Director with management of the construction category.
  • •Partner with Sr. Manager to establish and pitch new business opportunities to new partners.
  • •Manage financial forecasting, budget allocations, and profit-and-loss (P&L) reporting; coordinate product and marketing approvals and contract systems; collaborate with Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Retail.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years category management experience.
  • •Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • •Experience with licensing, retail, and product development landscape, including proficiency reviewing licensing contracts and negotiating business terms.
  • •Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities with excellent attention to detail from conception to completion.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) with strong financial reporting and analysis skills for budget planning and revenue forecasting.
