Branch Manager

Lead branch operations and compliance while building a strong client experience culture. Coach, develop, and motivate a sales-focused team to drive retention, expansion, and acquisition of small business relationships in the local community. Own branch execution of the Branch Playbook, manage staffing and scheduling, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and internal controls. Work closely with line-of-business partners and help manage risk, performance, and daily branch activities.
