Job Summary

Drive revenue for TikTok’s advertising business by managing and growing key client relationships in Mexico. Partner with the sales team to negotiate and optimize complex opportunities using data and analytics, and build consultative solutions tailored to advertisers. Serve as an external product expert on TikTok ad products, coordinate with Technical Account Managers on campaign performance, and collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and R&D to execute campaigns and troubleshoot issues.

•Manage and grow advertiser relationships through regular business reviews and consultative approaches to increase client investments with the sales team.
•Recommend custom solutions and new market opportunities while maintaining trusted, world-class client service.
•Educate clients on TikTok ad products, features, and trends, advising on best practices to drive performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
•Coordinate with Technical Account Managers to organize, monitor, and analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimization recommendations.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, R&D) to ensure successful executions, troubleshoot client issues, and lead custom content campaigns/sponsorships to deliver assets on time.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
•Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers and executing custom branded campaigns.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including translating technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience in campaign management and setup.
•Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations; experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).
