Job Summary

Lead the Engagement tribe at HelloFresh, shaping the vision and multi-year strategy for Discovery, Loyalty and Referral domains, and driving AI-enabled product innovation. Build and grow a PM organization, set prioritization, and partner with engineering, design, marketing and CRM to deliver measurable growth and retention across a large B2C product landscape.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the tribe's surface area: the daily discovery and cooking experience, loyalty, referrals, and other viral mechanics that drive organic growth.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of ~4 Directors and Associate Directors and their squads, raising the standard of product thinking, experimentation, and execution.
•Manage a hybrid operating environment, guiding traditional squads and directing a startup-style AI-enabled workflows incubator.
•Set the prioritization framework balancing near-term milestones with long-term bets.
•Own the tribe's key results across DAU, LTV, retention, and referrals, building a metric framework linking customer behaviors to commercial outcomes.
