Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, with at least 13 years of experience in financial controlling/finance management or a related senior finance role.
  • •Sparring partner experience to senior IT or business leadership, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Strong capabilities in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across large cost budgets.
  • •Experience leading and developing a team.
  • •Fluency in English and German; strong working knowledge of AI/automation tools (e.g., Claude, Power BI, Power Platform) and SAP (FI/CO) with strong MS Excel skills.
