Job Summary

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, analyse, and negotiate commercial contracts including technology licensing, SaaS/cloud services, MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and solicitations.
•Collaborate with worldwide sales/revenue teams to negotiate customer contracts and data processing addenda.
•Create and implement policies and procedures for training teams on contract management and administration.
•Develop expertise in data privacy and security and contribute to white papers, case studies, and other materials.
•Provide legal advice on international growth, compliance, regulatory, commercial, consumer, and competition law for India, North America, and Europe.

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of experience negotiating enterprise software and SaaS agreements, software licensing, and complex contract negotiation.
•Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and emerging privacy laws.
•Ability to provide practical guidance balancing business goals and legal risk.
•Corporate generalist experience across commercial contracts, IP protection and enforcement, dispute resolution, licensing, and general governance.
•Ability to distill complex legal issues into clear business terms and facilitate negotiations.
