•Lead new blown packaging development projects (ISBM & EBM blown packaging components) across planning, execution, cost, timeline, and internal/external communication.
•Run multiple high-profile projects simultaneously with high autonomy.
•Provide technical leadership and coordinate across disciplines, including directing work and resolving complex technical issues.
•Interpret SPC/quality data from bottles and make path-forward decisions based on the data.
•Develop, track, and meet capital and expense budgets; create and standardize engineering/design principles for variable situations.

•Strong technical communication and project coordination skills; ability to lead a team not directly reporting to you.
