Job Summary

Support store operations as the backbone for accurate processing of sales, auctions, and appraisals. Deliver customer service while guiding paperwork workflows, auditing retail and wholesale deal documents (including finance contracts and DMV paperwork), and managing auction/appraisal transaction documentation. Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and following security protocols. Assist multiple departments, help train new associates, and maintain EH&S compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through paperwork processes.
•Process and audit retail/wholesale paperwork, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
•Manage auction and appraisal transactions by ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
•Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
•Perform clerical duties (filing, data entry, reconciliation) and support store operations by training/mentoring new associates while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.58 - 38.5 hourly
