Job Summary

Lead large, cross-sector change initiatives that help business areas and technical teams adopt new ways of working. Join the Planning & Delivery (P&D) Program Management team to manage change tools and processes, develop change strategy and plans with stakeholders, and ensure sustainable business readiness. Coach senior leaders and guide change experts, formulate best-practice standards, and coordinate local stakeholder interventions across complex international transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and manage deployment of change management tools and processes within the sector; guide change management peers.
•Integrate change management recommendations and guidelines into overall projects by working with project teams.
•Embed required change so the business is ready to adopt and the impact is sustained.
•Formulate change management standards (best known methods) with peers in a competence center approach and coach others.
•Develop and execute the change strategy and plan with stakeholders, including local/sector stakeholder analysis and interventions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
•At least 10 years of experience in project/system/IT related change management.
•Proven experience leading change in complex, international environments.
•Experience coaching senior leaders and mentoring peers.
•Familiarity with tools such as SAP and Power BI is a plus.
