Job Summary

Serve as a strategic finance leader for VIK (Value-in-Kind) business support and complex commercial deal structuring. Build and refine financial models, deal approval controls, and governance frameworks to optimize deal economics. Partner with sales, pricing, legal, strategy, product, and central finance teams to model terms, ensure compliance, streamline approvals, and deliver actionable insights that improve deal velocity and performance for the Latin America and Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategies to maximize value from VIK partnerships and commercial agreements, aligned to financial and strategic goals.
•Model and evaluate commercial terms, pricing, and structures for client contracts, including calibrating deal pricing methodologies and valuations to optimize margins.
•Create and maintain deal approval templates, financial modeling frameworks, controls, and KPIs to improve deal governance and decision-making.
•Oversee accurate recording, valuation, and reporting of VIK transactions; monitor performance of VIK agreements and ensure internal controls and compliance.
•Partner cross-functionally to streamline deal execution and approval workflows, provide training to stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 127,300 - 204,100 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
•Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation support, including interpreting accounting and financial data to guide business decisions.
•Experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, plus budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics.
•Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a global matrix environment.
