Job Summary

Assist the Captain as a First Officer on assigned flights, monitoring flight deck operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and passenger comfort, and coordinating with the Dispatch Team. Execute flight duties from pre-flight to post-flight in line with the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulatory standards, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aircraft systems and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Performs as the Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, manages flight deck tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operation with balanced task distribution.
•Flies assigned aircraft between destinations when required, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
•Conducts flights in accordance with the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulatory requirements, ensuring safe operations.
•Coordinates with Captain and Dispatch Team prior to each flight to ensure crew readiness and information flow (status, route, weather, fuel, weights, etc.).
•Carries out checks, records and documentation tasks such as take-off data and ATS flight plan, and uses logs and forms with Captain’s signature.

Key Requirements

•Appropriate ATPL license, alternatively CPL with Frozen ATPL is a must.
•Must pass technical/psychometric assessment for Second Officer as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
•Must pass Medical Fitness check-up for Second Officers as per authority standards.
•Training in safety and emergency response is essential; formal qualification is an advantage.
•Very good English; Arabic and French language skills are an advantage.
