Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Performs as the Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, manages flight deck tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operation with balanced task distribution.
  • •Flies assigned aircraft between destinations when required, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
  • •Conducts flights in accordance with the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulatory requirements, ensuring safe operations.
  • •Coordinates with Captain and Dispatch Team prior to each flight to ensure crew readiness and information flow (status, route, weather, fuel, weights, etc.).
  • •Carries out checks, records and documentation tasks such as take-off data and ATS flight plan, and uses logs and forms with Captain’s signature.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate ATPL license, alternatively CPL with Frozen ATPL is a must.
  • •Must pass technical/psychometric assessment for Second Officer as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Must pass Medical Fitness check-up for Second Officers as per authority standards.
  • •Training in safety and emergency response is essential; formal qualification is an advantage.
  • •Very good English; Arabic and French language skills are an advantage.
