Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate and lead solution design sessions and assess flexibility, speed, quality, scalability, supportability, and cost of ownership.
  • •Lead solution execution by shaping strategic direction and effective execution of technology projects.
  • •Create detailed business process maps, documenting architecture decisions and communicating clear specifications to technical architects, developers, contractors, and business sponsors.
  • •Collaborate with the enterprise architect team to review solution design and ensure compliance with standards, including new technology introductions.
  • •Stay current on technology trends and research/implement new or alternate technologies to support business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of overall IT experience.
  • •3+ years of functional and technical experience in Nice CXOne and SFDC, using Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI.
  • •3+ years of experience integrating Nice CXOne and SFDC and applying Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI.
  • •3+ years of experience leading technical solutions related to CX services such as case management, contact centers, and agent management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and/or relevant industry certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster.
