Key Responsibilities

•NPI Program Architecture: Design and run the global GTM readiness framework for new product introductions, defining enablement structure and coordinating the cross-functional Go-to-Market engine.
•Commercial Translation: Partner with PM & PMM to translate new releases into Seller-Speak, focusing on business outcomes, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation.
•Platform Messaging Continuity: Ensure every launch reinforces the broader platform story and weave new capabilities into the core sales playbook.
•Content Creation: Hands-on creation of GTM assets including What’s in it for the Customer guides, sales playbooks, discovery talk tracks, objection handling scripts, and Commercial Deep Dives.
•Impact & Adoption: Track landings in the field with Sales Ops and identify gaps in seller knowledge to improve product attachment rates.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, and/or Sales in the Cybersecurity or Cloud space with enough industry context to understand our platform without a technical tutor
•Strong ability to translate technical releases into business value and buyer personas for non-technical teams
•Hands-on creator with a portfolio of high-quality sales playbooks, decks, and digital content
•Strategic project management: lead complex launches, manage calendars, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
•Deep understanding of aligning product launches with a value framework and MEDDPICC-based playbook
