Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedule, prepare supplies/PPE, and organize for the day.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visit support.
  • •Document each patient visit accurately using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and access to a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to arrive before 7:00 a.m. for the first scheduled patient.
  • •Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
