Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver digital projects by managing scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • •Function as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
  • •Monitor and report project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks; provide weekly status updates to client and internal stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a key client contact to ensure expectations are met and results are delivered, while partnering with clients and product owners to realize business goals.
  • •Leverage project management systems (including OpenAir and Jira) to make data-driven decisions, manage resource forecasts, and coach/mentor team members.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of project management experience with at least 1–2 years of Agile experience.
  • •5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager.
  • •Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management techniques.
  • •Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months) and using tools such as Confluence/Jira (or equivalent), plus experience with CMS/eCommerce and analytics platforms (a plus).
