Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure team members submit accurate daily time entries in the MyTime system and confirm timely review and approval through the appropriate approval chain.
  • •Provide strategic oversight for architectural fabrication and installation activities to meet project plans, specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, and schedule expectations.
  • •Lead and supervise architectural superintendents, supervisors, and team members by guiding, coaching, and supporting safe and efficient execution.
  • •Develop, monitor, and adjust architectural work plans and installation schedules to support on-time deliverables and alignment with project priorities.
  • •Coordinate execution with project management, engineering, quality, fabrication, and other discipline leaders; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to reduce delays and resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Senior High School graduate required; diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • •Extensive experience in architectural works, architectural fitting, marine joinery, construction, or fabrication supervision.
  • •Proven experience leading supervisors, superintendents, or multi-discipline teams in a construction, fabrication, or project execution environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural fabrication and installation methods, construction sequencing, materials, tools, equipment, and workmanship standards.
  • •Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, work packages, schedules, procedures, and project requirements, with strong safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and workforce planning knowledge.
