Key Responsibilities

•Solve hardware terminal issues, both in the lab and in the field.
•Lead the entire hardware lifecycle in Mexico, including design, supplier relationships, innovation, and repair center oversight.
•Coordinate relationships with manufacturers and external labs to implement new technologies, run rigorous testing, and ensure continuous product improvement.
•Collaborate with business, IT and Product teams, and conduct direct testing with major Mexican telcos to identify and resolve network faults.
•Optimize current products and design future solutions with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering or related field
•Strong knowledge to analyze critical hardware failures (ion-litium battery issues, motherboard, charging circuits, power consumption and energy performance, communication failures, boot failures, unexpected shutdowns and overheating)
•At least 3 years of experience leading teams in hardware, technology, quality or consulting within agile frameworks
•Proficiency in hardware, connectivity and electronics; data analysis tools is desirable
•Fluency in English; Portuguese is desirable
