Instructional Delivery and Quality Assurance Lead

Own the plans, schedules, and corrective action tracking across internal and external audits, while implementing and maintaining documentation and corporate process assets. Lead internal training initiatives tied to cyber operational processes, ensure records are maintained, and compile performance health reports. Analyze operational activities for risk and serve as the primary interface for performance improvement initiatives, coordinating committees including change management and supporting business continuity planning as needed.
