  • •Align information risk goals with organizational strategic objectives and report key risks and metrics to the Board and Enterprise Risk Committee.
  • •Oversee and independently challenge first-line cybersecurity implementation, including policies, procedures, cloud security posture, and technologies.
  • •Manage identification, monitoring, and response to security incidents; conduct assessments of risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • •Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards; oversee external audits and annual security program assessments.

Key Requirements
