Chief Information Risk Officer

Develop and lead the organization’s information risk strategy and written information security program, aligning risk goals with business objectives. Independently challenge the first line of defense for cybersecurity, data privacy, cloud security posture, and incident readiness. Report risk metrics to the Board and Enterprise Risk Committee, oversee security incident identification and response, ensure regulatory and industry compliance, and evaluate AI/machine-learning risks and controls.
