Key Responsibilities

  • •Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, as the named point of contact.
  • •Build the hospital launch playbook as you go, including diligence playbooks, customer workflows, rule creation/configuration, and automation.
  • •Translate enterprise complexity (multiple tax IDs, multiple EHRs, institutional adjudication rules) into smoothly executed implementation plans with customer leadership/operations.
  • •Coordinate daily with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams so accounts are not carried solo.
  • •Own the account after go-live by driving stable, repeatable collections and establishing SLAs and internal handoff processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations in a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • •Demonstrated history of seeking ownership and creating opportunities for yourself.
