Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and run the talent function, designing and executing recruiting processes, programs, and long-term talent pools
  • •Lead long-term strategies to identify, engage, and recruit leading and emerging frontier AI researchers and engineers
  • •Use AI agents and modern tools to reduce friction across sourcing, outreach, scheduling, note-taking, and feedback collection
  • •Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to refine hiring needs, team matching, and interview processes
  • •Manage candidate experience, support employer brand in technical/research communities in NYC, and organize in-person talent events

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting supporting technical, AI, and/or research teams
  • •Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers across areas like LLMs, multimodal AI, and robotics
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications across software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
  • •Passion for AI’s potential and a proactive approach to learning current technologies via research communities
  • •Experimental, creative approach to recruiting and openness to building recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted workflows
