Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day shipping and receiving for Bengaluru, and provide centralized shipping coordination and documentation support for Pune and Chennai.
  • •Arrange shipment pickups, courier bookings, freight movements, deliveries, and track shipments from pickup through final delivery with receiving confirmations and proof of delivery.
  • •Perform timely and accurate inventory transactions for received, transferred, dispatched, returned, or relocated hardware, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • •Create and maintain inventory transactions and records in NetSuite and other designated logistics/inventory/asset management systems, ensuring system records match physical movements.
  • •Reconcile shipment documentation, inventory records, and system transactions; support cycle counts and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners including customs house agents and logistics providers.
