Job Summary

Drive growth for Snowflake in Energy & Utilities by identifying opportunities, managing complex enterprise deals, and aligning Snowflake solutions with client IT roadmaps. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, close and expand relationships, lead executive conversations, collaborate with marketing, and manage end-to-end sales cycles in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts/territory by developing a sales strategy, target prospect list, and regional plan.
•Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
•Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their IT roadmap and driving Snowflake solutions.
•Prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
•Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS required.
•5+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or cloud related technology.
•3+ year’s experience focussed on generating new business within Energy & Utilities Enterprise accounts.
•Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
•Executive level relationship management.
