Job Summary

Lead production control for PAC-3 Seeker manufacturing in Huntsville, Alabama, supporting development of the 2–3 week production schedule and shop load while re-entering nonconforming product on NCRs. Oversee the production control team using KPIs, monitor line balancing and WIP, and coordinate with QA and production to ensure ISO compliance. Drive process improvements, resource acquisition, supplier technical management, and execute technical strategies across manufacturing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support the 2–3 week production schedule/shop load for the PAC-3 Seeker factory, including NCR re-entry and workforce adherence.
•Lead the production control team for the Seeker factory using KPIs.
•Serve as a work center focal for line monitoring across sub-assembly production plans to manage line balancing and WIP and prevent overproduction.
•Partner with QA and production to ensure quality parts and compliance with ISO standards.
•Provide technical management of suppliers, lead process improvements, and execute business plans, policies, and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,350 - 150,650 annually
