Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead network-level quality and reliability improvement initiatives for FE manufacturing to meet product, qualification, and customer requirements.
  • •Develop, manage, and communicate a strategic plan for high-tier product grade yield, including F10 metallization and OMT expansion equivalency.
  • •Conduct cross-site analysis to identify quality/reliability and yield/product-grade performance gaps, translating insights into prioritized actions and closure criteria.
  • •Standardize and replicate best-known methods (BKMs) across departments and sites to accelerate learning transfer and improve outcomes.
  • •Chair and facilitate network forums, align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and provide governance support including executive updates on status, risks, and mitigations.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical Engineering or MS in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • •3+ years experience in semiconductor Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Process Engineering, or related areas.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional forums.
  • •Demonstrated project/program management capability in a matrix organization (scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and on-time closures).
