Job Summary

Lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and product lines. Partner with Product Engineering, Operations, AME, Manufacturing Engineering, and NPI teams to standardize manufacturing processes, improve manufacturability, support product integration, and drive successful execution plans. Act as the front-end interface for new product and system integration, help stakeholders make decisions, and own manufacturing bid and standard hours with lead-time considerations.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
•Coordinate with subject matter experts to define and implement engineering changes that enhance processes and manufacturability.
•Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and best-practice initiatives across multiple sites and product lines.
•Serve as the front-end interface for new product and system integration activities in partnership with Product Engineering teams.
•Develop global manufacturing execution plans and own bid/standard hours, including lead-time considerations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

•Demonstrated expertise in engineering systems, tools, and materials.
•Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
•Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and urgency/tactical focus to deliver results.
