Job Summary

Work onsite in Woburn, MA to support the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar program by evaluating raw radar sensor data, running scenario-based analysis, and performing end-to-end performance assessments. Own system-level requirements analysis and V&V traceability, establish and report KPMs/TPMs, and develop automated MATLAB/Python workflows and analytical models. Communicate findings through dashboards, presentations, and technical documentation for program leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Parse, process, and analyze raw sensor data, tracks, and detections to evaluate algorithm performance and tracking accuracy.
•Conduct scenario-based analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.
•Perform system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
•Lead system-level requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability across the verification and validation (V&V) lifecycle.
•Establish, monitor, and report KPMs and TPMs, and develop automated MATLAB/Python scripts for data ingestion and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in test methodology, data analysis, scripting, and/or software development.
•Experience with MATLAB and Python, as well as Perl, C/C++, Unix, and/or Linux.
•Ability to parse, process, and analyze raw sensor data, tracks, and detections to evaluate algorithm performance and tracking accuracy.
•U.S. citizenship is required to support required security clearance.
