Key Responsibilities

  • •Own spacecraft mission planning and command & control experiences from discovery through delivery, defining Mission Planning with the Space designer.
  • •Set and evolve design direction for the space domain, identifying opportunities to maximize reuse across programs.
  • •Lead problem decomposition, discovery, and validation with operators and stakeholders, synthesizing findings into design decisions.
  • •Extend and adapt existing Mission Planning variants (including Maritime and Aerial Autonomy) using Anduril’s design system for the space domain.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product management through iterative prototyping and hands-on implementation guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI, with a proven ability to execute technically informed solutions.
  • •Ability to work independently on feature-level design while developing autonomy in complex, ambiguous areas.
  • •Deep expertise in visual and interaction design, with a portfolio demonstrating elegant, high-craft solutions for complex technical workflows.
  • •Systems thinking to map user journeys across multiple user types and operational contexts.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
