Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide additional identification of operational risks throughout business processes and systems with process owners.
  • •Facilitate business unit risk assessment performance (e.g., Risk Control Self Assessment) and support assessments, testing, and QA to meet standards.
  • •Conduct control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends, activities, and events.
  • •Drive independent quality assurance and vertical process testing to identify areas for risk intervention.
  • •Compile thematic risk reporting (levels, trends, causes) and review controls categorization and mapping against risks and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in operational risk management (within Risk and/or Internal Audit).
  • •Understand operational risk management lifecycle activities.
  • •Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience with process governance aligned to policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
