Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Data AMS operations across application support, enhancements, and minor projects.
  • •Ensure SLA/KPI achievement for incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management, including service review meetings and governance forums.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • •Plan and manage AMS team capacity/utilization, coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams, and oversee staffing, schedules, effort consumption, and budget adherence.
  • •Oversee governance and reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly), manage risk/issue/dependency registers, and drive continuous improvement via automation/AI and RCA/problem management.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years of experience (10+ IT and 5+ Data AMS), including leading global delivery teams.
  • •Experience managing multi-location support teams and client stakeholders.
  • •Strong expertise in JD Edwards DATA EnterpriseOne modules (e.g., Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Advanced Pricing, EDI/Integration, Localization/Tax Compliance).
  • •Hands-on AMS delivery management experience across incident, problem, change, and release with ITIL-based processes.
  • •Experience with AMS delivery governance, reporting, resource planning, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
