Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key HR programs (performance reviews, engagement surveys, rewards and recognition) and drive the development of company-wide job architecture, leveling, competencies, and career pathing
•Design and implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new programs; develop communications and training materials for stakeholders
•Foster partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to align global HR initiatives and create feedback loops
•Act as SME for HR processes and HR technology (e.g., Workday, ADP, survey platforms), identifying opportunities for automation
•Collect and interpret talent data to measure program impact; build dashboards tracking turnover, promotions, and performance distribution

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience: 5+ years in HR with a heavy emphasis on Program/Project Management. Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Generalist is highly preferred
•The Hybrid Mindset: A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects in a high-growth technology environment
•Technical Fluency: Demonstrated experience with HRIS and Employee Survey platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, CultureAmp). Advanced analytical skills are a must
•Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to translate complex processes into simple, persuasive narratives for both executives and employees. Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, build consensus, and drive results
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
