Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
  • •Organize classroom provision and learning resources, create engaging learning environments, and plan for the full ability range.
  • •Assess and record children’s development using Target Tracker, using assessment data to inform planning and intervention.
  • •Manage classes effectively and maintain positive relationships with pupils while following the school’s behaviour policy.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging lessons, communicate with parents using school systems such as CPOMS, and support school events and a weekly ECA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Demonstrated passion and commitment to educating the whole child with a high level of professionalism.
  • •Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) check or police check.
