Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Visa’s go-to-market motion focused on prioritized customer segments and solutions.
  • •Perform high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification to uncover and qualify high-value opportunities.
  • •Qualify leads, identify key personas and decision-makers, and maintain accurate records in Visa’s CRM using go-to-market tools and technology.
  • •Communicate Visa’s value proposition across multiple products, manage objections, and nurture strong client relationships via channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and social.
  • •Meet KPIs and targets, collaborate with sales leadership, B2B marketing, and product teams, and contribute to improving campaign messaging and close rate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, account management, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
  • •Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop B2B sales opportunities with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
  • •Experience leveraging CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered tools; excellent written and verbal English.
