Key Responsibilities

  • •Run and grow a high-signal community for advanced ChatGPT Pro users, managing engagement and repeatable onboarding, retention, and communications systems.
  • •Design and execute community programming such as product demos, office hours, show-and-tell sessions, peer-learning formats, and in-person events.
  • •Support advanced technical workflows by running technical office hours, demos, and workflow reviews, and routing technical questions, bugs, and edge-case feedback to the right teams.
  • •Curate and evaluate user chats and workflows for editorial publication and internal learning, distilling patterns into actionable insights and reusable examples.
  • •Produce user profiles and case studies, contribute to editorial channels (including Substack, social content, and newsletters), and help run small cohorts for product testing and feedback loops.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical fluency: understand technical workflows, product behavior, and communicate credibly with builders.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tools for complex work, ideally including Codex, agents, APIs, automation, or technical prototyping.
