Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance and service machinery and equipment.
•Maintain fluid levels, change filters, document and analyze fluid usage, and operate fluids filtration equipment.
•Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks such as turnarounds, cleaning robot booths, removing swarf/grit, and servicing oil skimmers and parts washers.
•Complete administrative maintenance paperwork, monitor fluids/filters/consumable inventories, and maintain inspection records.
•Document work in SAP maintenance management suite (CMMS) and properly use the shop floor Andon system while following safe work practices and EH&S/OSHA training requirements.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with post-secondary education in maintenance, and/or 2–4 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
•Basic mechanical and electrical skills with a desire to pursue a career in the skilled trades field.
•Familiarity with OSHA and general safety practices.
•Ability to work with technical aptitude areas such as mechanics, rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, electrical, automation, and PLC/CNCs (preferred).
